Common questions

I scanned but no stamp appeared

The most common cause is location accuracy. PASSPRT uses GPS to verify you're at the place you're scanning. Make sure location permission is granted (the App will ask the first time you scan), and try scanning again with a clear view of the sky if you're indoors.

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account directly in the App: Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, stamps, and check-ins. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll do it manually.

How do I suggest a place that should have a stamp?

The Suggest-a-Stamp feature is coming in a future release. For now, email us the place name and rough location and we'll add it to the curated list.

Can I use PASSPRT on Android?

Not yet — we're shipping iOS first. Android support is on the roadmap.

Is my location private?

Yes. PASSPRT only requests your location when you actively scan or check in — never in the background. Read the full privacy policy for details.

Response times

We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. We're a small Australian team, so weekends might run a bit slower — but we always read every email.
