Terms of Service

Welcome to PASSPRT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PASSPRT mobile application (the "App") provided by Hodl Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 96 625 524 754) trading as PASSPRT ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using PASSPRT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use PASSPRT

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some regions) to use PASSPRT.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of other people without their permission.

2. Your Account

When you create a PASSPRT account:

• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

You can request account deletion by emailing us at support@passprt.app, or directly in the App via Profile → Settings → Delete account.

3. How PASSPRT Works

PASSPRT is a digital passport for real-world travel. When you're physically at a place, you can check in via the App and earn a stamp. To verify you're actually at a place, PASSPRT uses your device's location services.

Check-in rules:

• Check-ins must be made while you are physically at the place.
• We use GPS and location services to verify your position.
• Fraudulent check-ins (e.g. GPS spoofing) are not allowed and may result in account suspension.
• Stamps are a digital record, not a legal or government-issued identification.

4. Your Content

When you use PASSPRT you may create content — check-ins, profile information, profile photos, and (in future releases) places you suggest or reviews you leave.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content to PASSPRT, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared with other users who may retain copies.

You promise your content:

• Doesn't violate any law
• Isn't defamatory, hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Isn't spam or a scam
• Doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use PASSPRT for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to spoof, fake, or falsify check-ins
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Scrape or mass-download data from PASSPRT
• Use PASSPRT to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate features
• Use PASSPRT in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems

6. Intellectual Property

The PASSPRT name, logo, and all original App content are owned by Hodl Labs Pty Ltd trading as PASSPRT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Stamp designs are curated and licensed to PASSPRT, and some may be generated with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools — rights to those individual designs remain with their respective owners where applicable. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any PASSPRT-branded content without our written permission.

Individual stamps collected in your passport are yours to view and share socially for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

PASSPRT uses third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google Maps, and Apple services. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages or issues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PASSPRT at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we're required to by law. We may also discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

You may stop using PASSPRT at any time by deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

PASSPRT is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that:

• The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or bug-free
• Check-ins will always be accepted (GPS can be inaccurate)
• Your stamps will be preserved indefinitely (though we'll do our best)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hodl Labs Pty Ltd trading as PASSPRT and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PASSPRT — including loss of data, loss of stamps, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, for a free App, is zero).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of PASSPRT after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
